How much is your consultation rate?
Basic ENT Consultation fee is Php 800 to Php 1000. Optional procedure/s may be recommended and respective fees are on top of the basic consultation.
Can I book an ENT consultation?
Absolutely. Our ENT specialists are available for consultations to address ear, nose, and throat concerns.
You can book online or visit any of our Cebu branches.
How much are your Hearing Aids?
Our hearing aid devices vary in prices. This would depend on the desired tech based on the patient’s hearing threshold “level” as well as the brand. For specific hearing aid device prices, you may contact (0932) 890-1408 or (0917) 794-4327.
When does your center open? Do you have any contact number?
We are open Mondays to Saturdays. Close every Sunday.
For Ayala Center Clinic – opens from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
For CTS Mactan clinic – opens from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
For UCMED Mandaue – opens from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

No referral is required. You can book directly with iHearBetterNow Hearing and ENT Center Cebu. Our ENT clinic in Cebu accepts walk‑ins and scheduled appointments.
Where are your hearing centers located in Cebu?
We have branches in Ayala, Mactan, and Mandaue to make hearing care accessible across Cebu.
Do you cover consultation for the eyes?
We do not cater eye problems as that is another specialty handled by another doctor called ophthalmologists.
Do you treat ENT conditions beyond hearing loss?
Yes, our ENT specialists manage conditions such as ear infections, sinus problems, throat issues, and balance disorders.
How long does a hearing test take?
A standard hearing test usually takes 30–45 minutes, including consultation and results discussion.
Are your services covered by insurance?
