Such as, when you struggle to hear someone talking to you and you feel that you need to have them repeat what they say as you have a hard time hearing what they are saying or when you feel ashamed to meet new people just because you cannot clearly hear them to understand, then this is a situation that would prompt you to undergo a hearing test.
